In January of 2020, the Women in Commercial Real Estate Social Media Platform & Network was created by nationally recognized marketing influencer, Melissa Swader. It was not until the summer of 2020 when the Facebook group was officially launched to media outlets and immediately was trending in national news headlines for many weeks. Many Women in the CRE industry (#womenincre) started to join the private Facebook group and shared the link with their colleagues. With almost 900 members to date and growing daily, the Facebook group has provided a platform that benefits every woman on the group. And it is FREE!
