In January of 2020, the Women in Commercial Real Estate - #womenincre, Social Media Platform & Network was founded by a local and nationally recognized marketing and social media influencer, Melissa Swader. She is the President & CEO of a top-ranked marketing & PR agency based in Phoenix, AZ. By the summer of 2020, the official digital platform (Facebook group) was officially launched to media outlets across the country.
