Her background as a Licensed Realtor and Title Business Development Manager has equipped her with firsthand insight into the challenges her clients face—and the solutions they need to succeed.
Tracy’s career has spanned roles with Equity Title Agency AZ, Netco Title, and Clayton Nash Real Estate, where she consistently stood out for her ability to build long-term client relationships and support agents, investors, and homebuyers through every step of the real estate process. Her areas of expertise include short sales, first-time homebuyers, investor support, relocation, buyer and seller representation, and more.

Born and raised in the Midwest, Leslie Singson brings warmth, authenticity, and a strong foundation in relationship-building to her role as Business Development Manager at Arizona Escrow & Financial Corporation. Since moving to Arizona in 2014, Leslie has built a dynamic career grounded in strategic communication, client engagement, and leadership—with nearly a decade of experience in higher education at Grand Canyon University and Arizona State University.
Now working in the escrow and business transaction space, Leslie is excited to channel her background into connecting professionals, cultivating partnerships, and driving client success across the Valley. Her strengths in CRM, creative problem-solving, and business relationship management allow her to bridge the gap between client needs and tailored escrow solutions.
Leslie holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Leadership from Grand Canyon University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Briar Cliff University. Her ability to quickly build trust and provide thoughtful, responsive service makes her a natural fit for the high-touch world of escrow services.
